2013 2013 2013 Right-wing think tank Institute of Economic Affairs yesterday found itself on the receiving end of a few jokes after it announced a competition for the most practicable exit strategy from the EU- the winner will get a cash prize in <i>euros</i>.<br /><br />At least they meant well.
